Theo is a lead scaffolder at PHD Group Bahamas Ltd, the leading blue chip Hoist & Access provider in the Bahamas.
The local Access contractors have a preference for H frame & X brace structures. PHD offers superior System (Layher & Kwikstage) and Traditional Tube & Fitting structures (known as stick scaffold locally) to the Bahamian market.
In 2006, almost 17 years ago, Theo joined PHD working on the very same Atlantis site, where today he manages a team providing access for the refurbishment works of the Casino Dragon's Bar.
The team must adhere to strict Gaming board security protocols when working in the Casino. PHD have extensive experience working in specialised environments such as this.
Theo manages a modest team of locally trained scaffold works, the only group of multi-disciplined scaffolders in this part of the Caribbean.
